The prestigious Celebration of Fine Art is where art lovers and artists connect with 100 renowned and emerging artists from across the country. The juried event is celebrating it’s 25th anniversary, coinciding with my own 25th anniversary of being a professional photographer. It is my 2nd consecutive year exhibiting at this show, where I am the only full-time color photographer.
Located in North Scottsdale under the Big White Tents at Hayden and the 101 we are open daily from 10am to 6pm through March 29, 2015.
Take a look at the Phoenix Fox 10 TV live report from Celebration recorded in early February to see what we are all about in this short video then start making your plans to visit with me here at the show!
With tomorrow being the first day of 2015 and rain actually falling outside my RV here in the Phoenix desert I thought it would be the perfect time to reflect on some of my favorite photos that I released in 2014.
Here is my top 10 favorite photographs from 2014 in no particular order.
1) “Thunderstorm over Santa Fe” – Santa Fe, New Mexico.
A thunderstorm with lighting rolls in during sunset in Santa Fe, New Mexico over the Jemez Mountains in this composite photograph.
This was photographed right behind where my RV is parked in the summer in Santa Fe, which is located on a hill overlooking the valley providing me with a fantastic view for storms.
This weekend marks my return to the art festival scene in Arizona and my first show of the fall season is this weekend, October 25-27.
I will be returning once again to the Stagecoach Village Fine Art and Wine Festival by Vermillion Promotions.
Nestled in the scenic foothills at the crossroads of Cave Creek and Carefree, AZ this small but wonderful show will feature not only my fine art photography but fine art from other artists such as painters, sculptures, and exquisite jewelry.
