Join Matt Suess for 2 days of hands-on classroom training using Capture One Pro with ON1 Photo 10 during this small step-by-step classroom photo workshop.

Matt has been using Capture One Pro since they made it compatible with DSLR RAW images back in 2003, is an expert with ON1 Photo 10 (originally called Perfect Photo Suite) and has been teaching both programs for a number of years. Thousands of photographers have learned from his courses & videos, and he has often been featured on ON1’s live webinars and Perfect Inspiration Series. Recently he gave a demo of Perfect Photo Suite 9.5 during the live photography podcast jpeg2RAW.

Matt is also a featured photographer in ON1’s Pro Series where you can watch an interview with him and get some processing tips.

Class Details:

Learn how to get the most out of your landscape & wildlife RAW photos in Capture One Pro and really make them come to life in ON1 Photo 10.

Matt will demonstrate the software using his laptop hooked up to a projector. You will watch and take notes during lectures as well as follow along with a set of class supplied photographs you can take home with you and continue practicing with. Following each lecture time will be reserved for you to work on your own photos using the techniques just learned as Matt walks around to help each student individually.

In this 2-day class you will follow along step-by-step using the supplied class photos and the following topics will be covered:

Who this class is for:

Although some experience will be helpful, no prior experience with Capture One Pro or ON1 Photo is necessary. These are not crash courses in the sense you will learn every main detail about both programs. Rather this class is geared for anyone who wants to learn both programs to improve their landscape and wildlife photography. If you do not yet own ON1 Photo, you can download a fully working 30-day free trial just prior to the start of the workshop. You can get a free trial of Capture One Pro here.

Tuition fees & Registration:

Tuition for the 2-day classroom course is only $345.

Classes are limited to just 12 students. This small class size is preferred by Matt’s students as it allows for ample one-on-one time. Tuition covers the classroom workshop but does not include lunch nor does it include overnight accommodations. The same photos Matt uses during class lectures will be made available to each student in addition to a class syllabus.

What to bring: Your laptop computer with Capture One Pro and ON1 Photo 10 already installed and running – either in trial mode or purchased version. Be sure to install and launch the software prior to the class to make sure it is working properly. Make sure you have some of your photos on your hard drive to work on during the class. Also bring a notebook and pen, ipad, or other way to take notes during the class.
